W would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Lindsley Waterproofing, Inc. for the excellent work you and your crew recently did for us on the waterproofing job at our home on Wesley Court. We were impressed with the work and the entire process, from the estimate to completion.

As you know, we were concerned with water entering our basement during heavy rains. Your recommendation for the work that needed to be done was appreciated. You gave us several options from which to choose. And, the estimate for the work was presented in a very professional manner with complete drawings and explanations. In addition, your office staff was very helpful with answering our questions or relaying them to you.

During the work, we were impressed with the professionalism of your work crew. We were able to coordinate their work with the irregular sleeping habits of our 9-month-old granddaughter. When the work was done, you could hardly tell that anyone had been there. The work area was cleaned of debris and the yard and area around the house was graded and raked.

Again, we thank you for your work and the opportunity to work with you. The experience exceeded our expectations.

This company is wonderful. I called Jim Lindsley to give me an estimate for drying out a wet crawl space and was impressed by how knowledgeable and thorough he was. His solution, in my case, did not involve a sump pump which surprised me, but after doing some research and talking to him more, I was 100% sold.

The crew who worked here couldn't have been better. They worked quickly and knew what they were doing every step of the way. Every one of them was so nice, I felt sad when they left.

I agonized over spending money on something I couldn't even see, but it has turned out to be one of the best investments I've ever made. I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders. We just had a long night of pouring, flooding rain and I was able to relax, rather than fearing water might be collecting in the crawl space. Right now, the humidity level in my house is 10 - 15 degrees lower than it used to be after rain. In fact, it didn't rise at all. Amazing.
