Once again, I thank you for your words of wisdom and advice regarding my drainage issues. You rightfully discerned my "unrest" regarding this matter. All of a sudden, I had lots of questions and wondered if I had been "wronged" by the developer. Hearing that there was essentially no way to effectively slope or grade with the limited amount of land available reassured me. I will also heed the advise to appeal to the good side of the builder.

Regardless of the outcome, it's a win-win situation for me as I was blessed to meet a business man of great integrity. I was also given a very fair price for all the work that has been and is to be done. I have also learned a thing or two about drainage systems.

Your installation crew just left my house and I wanted to write you a note and commend them on their fine work. They worked nonstop in the 100 degree heat today and, in my mind, were true champions. They installed the drainage pipes and catch basin as I expected to see. perfect the first time. The grass was replaced and one can barely notice that a significant amount of work was completed just under the surface of the grass. The team was courteous and considerate as they worked and also took the time to answer my questions about the installation.

I would recommend this team to anyone needing work done at their house.

As you know, we were concerned with water entering our basement during heavy rains. Your recommendation for the work that needed to be done was appreciated. You gave us several options from which to choose. And, the estimate for the work was presented in a very professional manner with complete drawings and explanations. During the work, we were impressed with the professionalism of your work crew. We were able to coordinate their work with the irregular sleeping habits of our 9-month-old granddaughter. When the work was done, you could hardly tell that anyone had been there. The work area was cleaned of debris and the yard and area around the house was graded and raked.

This company is wonderful. I called Jim Lindsley to give me an estimate for drying out a wet crawl space and was impressed by how knowledgeable and thorough he was. His solution, in my case, did not involve a sump pump which surprised me, but after doing some research and talking to him more, I was 100% sold.

The crew who worked here couldn't have been better. They worked quickly and knew what they were doing every step of the way. Every one of them was so nice, I felt sad when they left.

I agonized over spending money on something I couldn't even see, but it has turned out to be one of the best investments I've ever made. I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders. We just had a long night of pouring, flooding rain and I was able to relax, rather than fearing water might be collecting in the crawl space.
